Wire press, 12 ton

Press tool for ferrules and swageless terminals that are to be pressed onto the wire. Press force up to 12 tonnes.

The tool is supplied in a storage case made of thermosetting plastic. English manual and safety instructions are included.

Please note before use
The contact surface between the jaws and the ferrule/terminal is approx. 8 mm. If the material is wider than that, it may be necessary to press the material several times.

To make it easy to insert and remove the jaws from the tool, their fit is a little loose when the tool is not pressurised. For a better-looking result, adjust the jaws before each pressing so that they are entirely parallel, or rotate the material and press a second time.
